we are no longer requiring clients wear masks in studio. if your individual lash artist requests you wear a mask, one will be provided for you and we kindly ask that you comply with the wishes of your artist.
please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. The door will be locked to the studio. We will come to the door to open and let you in within 5 minutes prior to the appointment or at the appointment time.
no friends, family or guests may join you during your appointment.
we do not have blankets available. Please dress comfortably and you may bring your own blanket if you so choose. The beds have a memory foam topper and under the knee pillows for your comfort.
all personal items must be stored at the end of the lash bed, please try and minimize the amount of personal belongings brought to appointments.
you may bring headphones to your appointment and load up a couple podcasts, playlists or audiobooks so that we may minimize conversation and speaking if you prefer a quiet and restful appointment. even without headphones you may request a quiet appointment and we are happy to accommodate.
Do not enter the premises if any of the following applies:
You have any of the following symptoms currently or in the last 10 days:
• Fever
• Chills
• New or worsening cough
• Shortness of breath
• New muscle aches or headache
• Sore throat
• Are a close contact of someone who has tested positive with Covid-19
